As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of the revenue engine. You’ll work closely with Sales Reps, Legal, Finance, and Order Management teams to ensure sales activities align with our high standards for accuracy and compliance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyzing customer licensing, products, and usage to uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Suggesting creative and customer-centric pricing and payment solutions
  • Reviewing sales quotes and order forms for completeness and compliance
  • Approving orders in accordance with pricing and discount guidelines
  • Liaising with Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to align on revenue recognition
  • Ensuring sales data accuracy in our automation tools
  • Supporting sales licensing compliance efforts

Key Technical Skills:

CRM systems, Quoting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sales analytics, Pricing analysis, Documentation review

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in quoting within a software sales organization
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience supporting sales reps and managing sales territories
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A team player mindset with a drive to deliver results
  • Excellent prioritization and listening abilities
